Child Safety Standards
Hudson Fleiss Media (HFM) — DOD, PlayHaus, Transcend & Willo (app.hudsonfleiss.vip) · Operated by Hudson Fleiss Media US LLC · Effective July 28, 2026
1. Adults only — verified
HFM (Hudson Fleiss Media US LLC) is an 18+ social and dating service. Every user must complete third-party age verification (government-ID and/or biometric age estimation) before accessing the platform. Accounts that cannot be verified as 18 or older are denied access. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended immediately and permanently.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
We prohibit, and act immediately against:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — images, video, audio, text, drawn, simulated, or AI-generated
- Sexualization, solicitation, or exploitation of anyone under 18
- Grooming, sextortion, minor trafficking, or attempts to contact minors
- Advertising, linking to, or directing users toward CSAE content anywhere
Violations result in immediate account termination, content preservation, and reporting to the authorities described below.
3. Proactive detection
All uploaded media is automatically scanned using Microsoft PhotoDNA hash-matching technology against databases of known CSAM, alongside additional automated content moderation. Matches trigger immediate content blocking, account suspension, and escalation to our safety team.
An automated nudity scanner additionally blocks nudity from profile photos across every community, so profile surfaces are kept free of explicit imagery by design rather than by moderation after the fact. Any explicit imagery is confined to private one-to-one conversations, and only where both members have separately opted in.
4. In-app reporting
Every profile, photo, and message in the app can be reported by any user through the built-in reporting mechanism, and any member can be blocked directly from a conversation or profile. Reports involving suspected child safety violations are prioritized ahead of all other moderation queues and reviewed by our safety team.
5. Reporting to authorities (NCMEC)
Hudson Fleiss Media US LLC is a registered electronic service provider with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, we report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline, preserve associated content and metadata as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Where applicable outside the United States, we cooperate with the relevant national authorities and hotlines.
6. Compliance with child safety laws
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where the service is offered, including mandatory reporting, data preservation, and age assurance requirements (including the UK and Australian Online Safety Acts and applicable US state age-verification laws).
7. Child safety contact
Our designated child safety point of contact is available to users, parents, law enforcement, and regulators:
- Child safety contact: Hudson Fleiss, Hudson Fleiss Media US LLC — safety@dondemand.vip
Reports of suspected CSAE are reviewed with priority. You may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or to your local law enforcement.
